Indication
Cefradine injection is indicated for acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections, genitourinary tract infections and skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria.

Component part
The main ingredient of this product is cefradine, and its chemical name is (6R, 7R)-7-[(R)-2- amino -2- (1,4-cyclohexenyl) acetamido ]-3- methyl -8- oxo -5- thio -1- azabicyclo [4.2.0] octan. Its chemical structural formula is: molecular formula: C 16H 19N 3O 4S molecular weight: 349.40. The auxiliary material of this product is arginine.

Dosage
Intravenous drip, intravenous injection or intramuscular injection. For adults, take 0.5~1.0g once every 6 hours, and the maximum daily dose is 8g. Children (over one year of age) should weigh 12.5 ~ 25mg/kg once every 6 hours. When creatinine clearance rate is greater than 20ml/min, equal to 5 ~ 20 ml/min or less than 5ml/min, the dosage should be adjusted to 0.5g every 6 hours, 0.25g every 12 hours, respectively. To prepare intramuscular injection, add 4ml of water for injection into 1.0g bottle. It should be injected into deep muscle, and should not be fixed in the same place. When preparing intravenous injection, inject at least 20ml of water for injection or 5% glucose injection into 1.0g bottles respectively. The injection was completed within 5 minutes. When preparing intravenous drip, inject 20ml of appropriate diluent into 1.0g bottles respectively, and then further dilute with sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose solution.

Drug interaction
1.This product and aminoglycoside antibiotics can inactivate each other. When the two drugs are administered at the same time, they should be administered in different parts. The two drugs cannot be mixed in the same container. 2. Strong diuretics such as furosemide, etanide and bumetanide, anti-tumor drugs such as carbamazepine and streptozotocin, phenylbutazone, glycopeptide antibiotics and aminoglycoside antibiotics may increase nephrotoxicity when combined with this product. 3. This product can delay the excretion of phenytoin sodium in renal tubules. 4. Probenecid can delay renal excretion of this product. 5. Combined with methicillin, it has synergistic effect on gram-negative bacilli such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella.
